part two of the constitution of kitty rights may take a while, as have been busy with work and now am back home for a holiday.  am spending two weeks with hippy catching up on every thing i have missed...including his new hobby of kneading my mothers stomach with his front paws every night to the point where she now has bruises! ah bless little hippokins.
