Article IV Fundamental Freedoms and Non-discrimination
1.The free movement of kitties and the freedom of establishing themselves anywhere in any home or homes shall be guaranteed by their owners in accordance to this constitution.
2.Within the scope of the constitution, and without prejudice to any of its specific provisions, any discrimination on grounds of breed or lack of shall be prohibited.
Article V Relations Between Kitties and their Owners
1. Owners shall recognise the equality of all kitties under the Constitution as well as their individuality. Owners shall respect all aspects of their kitties and ensure to protect their integrity and safety.
2. In persuance of mutual cooperation, kitties and their owners should work together to carry out the tasks laid out by this constitution.
Owners shall take any appropriate measure to ensure the fulfilment of their obligations arising out of the constitution.
Owners shall facilitate the achievement of the Constitution's tasks and shall refrain from any measure which could jeopardise the attainment of the Constitution's objectives
3.For the purpose of this Article and all other Articles within this Constitution, an Owner will mean any persons in possession of a cat/kitten(s) either on a long term or short term basis. This includes cattery/animal shelter persons and vets.
Article VI Law and Legal Personality
1. The constititution shall be adopted as law by all kitties and their owners.
2. The constitution shall have legal personality
Article VII The Symbols of Kitty Rights
1.The anthem for Kitty Rights shall be "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor.
2.The motto for Kitty Rights shall be: United in kittiosity!
